Shrujan’s ‘Zaya’ 40cm X 40cm purple toned hand embroidered handloom cotton cushion cover pair has been embroidered by the women of the Sodha and Jadeja communities from the Kutch region of Gujarat. This style is characterized by sturdy denseness which is why it is called Pakko, meaning strong and durable in Kutchi. The handloom cotton used in these cushion covers is handwoven in Kutch and the back of the cushion covers is made from discharge and block printed cotton.
