Shrujan's green 'Pakko' hand embroidered cotton stole is handwoven and has been embroidered by the women of the Sodha and Jadeja communities from the Kutch region of Gujarat. The style uses the wide 'pakka ni aankh' stitch which is then highlighted with the 'khann' stitch or mirrors. This highlighting helps to lighten the denseness. The stitches are so sturdy that it is said that the cloth might wear away but the embroidery will remain.

Craft -

Beautiful circular bootis in various colours span the ends of the stole which is finished with knotted tassels. This 58 cms x 200 cms (23" X 80") stole can be used to stylishly accessorize your Western or Indian garments.

The cloth, woven by in-house weavers, also features woven motifs which are done in the traditional kutchi style of weaving trahas been
