When Bengal Basketry meets Rajasthani Macrame art Inspired by modern approach to traditional art made in collaboration with 108 Knots. Inspired by modern approach to traditional art, the product is handcrafted by the local artisans of Balasore District in Orissa, India. A group of skilled women artisans bring the product to life, aligning meaning with utility. The shared awareness inspires them towards a holistic approach to livelihood making. Devoid of basic opportunities, these women strive for self-realization of immediate goals, thereby, adding value to the life of urban users.

Their sense of ownership is beautifully reflected in their art. The product is an outcome of determined hard-work over a period of 3 days. The chain of processes involved signify the fortitude artisans put in. The utility is alleviated by the usage of unadulterated colors, free from chemical influence.
