Modak Patr
The Modak Patr is a quintessential utensil in the Maharashtrian and South Indian kitchen. It is used to make steamed delicacies like modaks - a much loved sweetmeat that is a must-make delicacy during the Ganesh Festival each year. Size: 8.5" dia x 11" width with handle x 9'' ht. Material: Copper, with hand kalai (food grade tinning) inside. Please note this is a remake of a traditional product with minor tweaks. It retains the rustic charm common in handcrafted artisanal products and may have uneven surfaces or edges. The products have been polished and may change color once received and after usage since metals get oxidized in the atmosphere. These products cannot be exchanged unless there is an obvious damage during delivery.>
