Artisan Onboarding Executive

Okhai is looking for a passionate, self-driven individual to join our team as an Artisan Onboarding Executive focused on building and managing artisan partnerships. This role is critical to expanding Okhai’s impact while maintaining the quality, authenticity, and values our customers trust. Key Responsibilities
- Partner Development & Relationship Management
- Identify, approach, and onboard new artisan organizations that align with Okhai’s values and product philosophy.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with artisan partners to ensure long-term engagement and mutual growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all artisan partnerships, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across all operations.
- Sales & Market Enablement
- Support sales growth for partner products by executing effective sales activities and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content, promotions, and events that boost visibility and conversion. Coordinate with Artisans for content.
- Ensure partner collections meet Okhai’s customer service and fulfillment standards.
- Operations & Execution
- Plan and coordinate shoots, workshops, product development sessions, and other partner-related activities regularly after understanding the needs of each partner.
- Monitor and troubleshoot day-to-day operational challenges from onboarding and inventory to packaging and quality checks.
Key Responsibilities
- A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple artisan partnerships independently takes the business from 80 grassroots partner organisations to 150 in a year.
- Deeply committed to social impact and passionate about India’s craft traditions.
- Highly organized, proactive, a self manager with the ability to troubleshoot challenges in real time.
- Comfortable working in very dynamic, high productivity, purpose-driven environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are a must. You should have the maturity to deal with people from varied cultural backgrounds, genders and economic backgrounds.
- A collaborator through and through. We're a small team that works closely.
- This is a sales and business led position and requires the person to have a deep understanding of aspects of e-commerce sales, customers and product strategies.
Experience: Minimum 1 yr (In e-commerce retail, craft, or business development)
Salary: 6.6 lpa
